Forest Bathing Studio — High Park

High Park is Toronto’s wild heart — the landscape that shaped Blooming Caravan and continues to ground the Forest Bathing Studio. Among its oak savannahs, woodlands, lively ponds, and playing fields, we find space to breathe, notice, and belong in the living world.

What to Expect

Each week we gather in the nearby black oak savannah for a gentle, guided forest bathing walk. Autumn mornings in High Park invite us to slow down and notice the season unfolding around us—changing leaves, migrating birds, ripening seeds and berries, crisp air, and the shifting light of shorter days.

We follow familiar paths and may wander toward Grenadier Pond, noticing the trees, plants, wildlife, and changing landscape, while enjoying the quieter side of the park before it becomes busy.

Each session concludes with tea and a small local snack, shared in community.

One way to open your eyes is to ask yourself, “What if I had never seen this before? What if I knew I would never see it again?
